Cat of the Month – Wyne’s Grass Experience

Wyne is use to a lifestyle in the house. When she stays at Cooinda Cat Resort, she enjoys staying in our Sunny Haven. However we do bring her up to our Secure Fernery Internal Gardens for a run around in the long grasses.

At First she wouldn’t step foot into the gardens because the edging is all grass plants. We picked her up and placed her in the gardens and she stood there for a moment looking up at us. She then started lifting her feet up and down on the grasses getting a feel of their texture.

She seemed to enjoy them because she then plonked herself down in the grasses and was rolling around and lolling her head back and forth. She then worked out that she could eat them and the tasted nice to chew.

From this point on, she loved being in the grasses and running through them.. and having a good chew.
