I booked my new young boy Lancelot in they gave me time to settle him found d out things he loves and took the most wonderful care of him I highly recommend them

We have been using Cooinda for about 15 years. We tried other (closer) places a couple of times, but nowhere has ever compared to Cooinda. Every interaction we have ever had with them, from phone call, to email, to kitty kab pick up and delivery have been friendly, efficient and professional. Our cat has always come home relaxed and happy, and we know she has been treated exceptionally well. The staff and premises are fantastic, and we cannot recommend them enough. We just picked up our baby Napoleon after his 3 week holiday at Cooinda. He looks so relaxed and happy to be home but we know he misses all his kitty carers and the love and pats they gave him every day. It was our first time away on vacation without him and we are so happy with how well he was taken care of. It makes us feel much more comfortable leaving him when we know he has such committed and loving carers. Napoleon will definitely be back at Cooinda next time we go away!

I left my 2 cats here for the first time last week and I was very impressed by the care given to them. The weighing of cats both upon drop off & collection, as well as the information provided about their eating habits while there reassured me that they had no problems in settling into the new environment. The staff are very friendly and you can tell that they genuinely care about the cats that they are looking after. I will definitely use Cooinda again in the future.

Our beautiful girl got to stay at Cooinda for two weeks and she loved it. The amazing staff sent us photos and videos so the kids wouldn't stress about her and kept us up to date with how she was settling in. I couldn't recommend them more!!

My 3 beautiful babies have been looked after buy these fantastic cat loving people for over 3 years now. When our little 18 year old girl need some extra attention they took special care of her and went above and beyond to make her stay confortable, gave her extra special boil chicken and didnt want her 2 brothers to be jealous so they got some too. Very professional but feels like a family business. My cats never want to leave. Always caring and hospitable cant recommended them highly enough!!!!!

I have been using Cooinda for over 17 years! My Harry was a regular and I remember once having to coax him off his sunbed to come home! Now I have 2 new little ones and they are already on their 3rd visit. As hard as it is to leave them behind, I always know that they are taken good care of at Cooinda! They are safe, warm and well loved. I hope Daisy and Mabel are behaving for you now!

Our cat Charlie spent the weekend with the lovely ladies at Cooinda and we could not have been happier. Lovely to talk to and showed genuine care for our beloved boy. We will not hesitate to book Charlie in again the next time we go away.

My kitty's have been holidaying at Cooinda for about 15 years .. there is no where else like it. The attention and care the staff give to the pets in their care is amazing. Our sibling Birmans have stayed here multiple times and are always happy, content and cared for by carers who genuinely love what they're doing. Best cattery. Been visiting since 2011.My Max Power (now gone) never wanted to come home and always was grumpy for a few days once back in the house.My Hank Scorpio stayed in 2015 for nearly 2 weeks just after he lost Max and he was happy and more socially adjusted once back.Can't wait for the lovely Cooinda team to meet our new addition Mindy Simmons! What a handful!I know my fur kids will be looked after with the best of care, they are never happy to come home and that's a good sign that life is good at Cooinda. It's not a job if you love what you do and the team love each and every one of their guests.

Being a first time cat owner and my kitten only being 6 months old I was a blubbering mess leaving my Lulu at cooinda. After a tour of the superb facilities and re-assurances from the beautiful staff I knew I was making the right choice. Picking up Lulu today I was given all the info about how she ate, played and became a hit with the staff all while she was trying to escape me and run right back into the cattery. Thank you Cooinda, we will be back!
