Please Note: During peak holiday periods we will be open certain days at 7 am for early drop-offs, please enquire.

Minimum stays:
Easter Now 4 days during office closed period
Christmas Now 6 days during office closed period

Guests Arrival & Departure Hours are:

  • 9am – 4.30pm       Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday
  • 9am – 11.30am     Saturday
  • 1pm – 3.30pm       Sunday
  • CLOSED                 Wednesday

Our Tour Times (during OFF PEAK Periods):

  • 11am – 3pm       Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday
  • 1pm – 3.30pm    Sundays – appointment necessary

Tours are not available on Wednesdays or Saturdays and we do not take tours during our peak periods

(Public Holiday Weekends & School Holidays) as all our Kitty Carers are busy caring for our guests.

Take a Tour with Us

Inspecting any potential facility is a must-do!

Because you don’t want any nasty surprises, it is important to personally inspect any potential cattery or cat boarding facility.

We recommend you visit Cooinda and personally assess our services.

Onsite Tour

Come and visit us so we can take you on a tour of the whole property and meet the carers and ask any questions you may have.

Tours are available daily during our Off Peak periods excluding Wednesdays and Saturdays.

Mondays, Tuesday, Thursdays and Fridays tours commence at 11am and the last tour is at 3pm.  No appointment is necessary for weekday tours.  

We do also take tours on Sundays between 1pm and 3.30pm.  

You do need to book if you would like to visit on a Sunday as it can be quite busy and we want to ensure we have staff available to assist you.  

You can call on the day to check tour availability.  Call 5971 1395 and our Kitty Carers would be happy to be of assistance.

The tour does take approximately 25 to 30 minutes as we like to get to understand your cat and your needs and show you all the different accommodations we have available.
