Cooinda has a wide range of accommodation options to suit your cat, no matter what the age, breed, temperament, or special needs, or family sizes are.
We have accommodations options starting from our Premium apartments, to our Executive Apartments, all the way up to our Platinum Paws Luxury Range of Villas, Cabins, and Suites! There is a room that will meet you and your cats' exacting standards.

Accommodation Options
Cooinda Cat Resort sets the standard in kitty accommodation which is why our entry level accommodation is classed as Premium. This is our most popular level of accommodation and offers awide variety of areas and views to choose from - Tabby Towers, Sunny Haven & Deluxe Summer Palours
Premium apartment accommodations include the following:
- Full walk-in sized apartments
- Separate accommodations for all guests - except for families who request family rooms
- Superior view of outdoor activities
- Access to outdoor exercise yards
- Pheromone comfort technology to reduce any anxieties
- An isolation area for under-the-weather guests
Our Tabby Tower Premium Apartments also include a Geriatric Wing specifically designed for our Golden Oldies. So if you need boarding for your old cat/s, Cooinda has just the right accommodations for you.
One step up from Premium is Executive accommodations for your VIP (Very Important Puss). Pampered Felines require accommodations that befit their status!
Situated in our newly build Conservatory our oversized apartments are a purr-fect option for those felines that love space. With exclusive, undercover outdoor exercise areas, your cats can enjoy the luxuries of venturing outdoors no matter what the weather is doing.
Specially designed to keep your kitty cool in summer and warm in winter. If you have 1 cat, or a family of cats, there is an Executive apartment to suit their needs
Executive apartment accommodations include the following:
- Oversized walk-in Apartments
- Individual accommodation for all guests
- Family rooms available for 2 or more kitties from the same family.
- Exclusive outdoor play yards complete with day beds, hammocks, and floor to ceiling weatherproof outdoor scratching posts.
- The surrounding trees provide plenty of birdlife to watch.
- Apartments surround the Conservatory central gardens.
- Pheromone comfort technology to reduce any anxieties
- Admirable Views from both outside and indoors including the central gardens, fish ponds and water features.
- Individual Egg Pod beds with thick mattresses and fluffy blankets.
- Hammock beds situated by the window for felines who love to see all that goes on.
And of course of highest level of accommodations is everything you'd expect a Platinum experience to be. Pampered Felines require accommodations that befit their status!

With 3 Different Styles of Luxury Accommodations, Cooinda can cater for the most outgoing energetic felines, to the felines who prefer to take it easy and enjoy some relaxation. From Suites, to Villas, to Cabins, there is a luxury room that would suite your feline families needs, whether it's 1 kitty or several from the same family, whether they are elderly or just 12 week old kittens.
