With 3 Different Styles of Luxury Accommodations, Cooinda can cater for the most outgoing energetic felines, to the felines who prefer to take it easy and enjoy some relaxation. From Suites to Villas, to Cabins, there is a luxury room that would suit your feline families needs, whether it's 1 kitty or several from the same family, whether they are elderly or just 12-week old kittens.

Platinum Paws Luxury Suites include:

An indoor room larger than most human hotel rooms measuring 4.5mts long and 3.5mts wide
Also, an additional exercise yard measuring 1.5mts long and 3.5mts wide. This yard has specially designed roofing to protect our guests from the elements whatever the weather and maximise the days sunshine in their suite
Custom designed furnishings including lounge chairs, couches, and chaise lounges inside and hammocks, play gyms and patio chairs in their outside play areas
Oversized, sturdy, carpeted scratching posts for climbing, relaxation, or fun
Daily cuddles - one on one time to play, chat and have pats
Fountains with filtered drinking water
Flat Screen TV's with DVD’s showing special feline movies daily
Oversized windows for bird & people watching
Individually heated rooms making it comfortable no matter what the weather

A beautiful fully self-contained Villa measuring 3mts x 3mts with floor to ceiling windows on two sides to capture all the daily sun
Also, their own private Cat Nip Adventure play park exercise yard into their own personal garden. Overlooking the neighbouring rural property there are lots to see with alpacas and chooks living next door.
Custom designed furnishings including lounge chairs, couches, and chaise lounges inside. Our large, sturdy, oversized carpeted scratching posts are also a favourite for all our guests.
