Premium Apartment

  • Full walk-in sized apartments with large windows.
  • Single and family sized rooms available.
  • Access to outdoor exercise yards and superior views.
  • We cater for our senior guests with special apartments (golden oldies). These rooms have lower shelves, bigger spaces, access to an outside yard and quiet areas.

Heating – Optional at extra costs heating mat or a heat lamp $3.50 per day (excluding Platinum Suites/Villas)

Executive Apartment

  • Oversized walk-in apartments with individual egg pods beds with thick mattresses and fluffy blankets.
  • Own exclusive outdoor patio and undercover play area. Complete with views of landscaped gardens, double hammock daybed and floor to ceiling scratching post.
  • Apartments surround the conservatory suites with indoor views of fishponds and water features.
  • Separate accommodation – family rooms are available for 2 or more cats from the same family.

  • Superior supersized luxury suits and villas, indoor room with additional exercise yard attached.
  • Temperature controlled heating and cooling system.
  • Large secure private play areas including lounge chairs, couches inside, hammocks and patio chairs in outside areas.
  • Carpeted scratching posts for climbing, relaxation, or fun inside and weatherproof scratching posts outside.
  • Filtered drinking fountains and flat screen TV’s playing customised kitty DVD’s daily.
  • Pheromone comfort technology to reduce any anxieties
  • Vet on call 24 hours, 7 days
