In Need of a Pet Taxi? We understand that it may be more convenient to have your cats chauffeured to their holiday destination. And Why Not!  It is a Cat Resort after all.

We offer a cat pickup & delivery service for your convenience, in the safety of our Temperature-controlled Kitty Kab.  Your pet’s comfort and safety is our number one priority.

Kitty Kab hours of operation are 6-9 AM. Kitty Kab does not operate on Wednesday’s or Sunday’s.

Our Kitty Kab Pickup & Delivery Service is available to all of our guests no matter where you are located.

We travel to the following areas:

  • Melbourne Metropolitan & Surrounding Areas
  • Bayside
  • Eastern Suburbs
  • South Eastern Suburbs
  • Mornington Peninsula

If you’re located outside these areas, we would be happy to discuss options with you. Airport transfers are also available on request.

If you would like more information on this service then please contact our office during office hours. Have peace of mind knowing your VIP (Very Important Puss) will enjoy their trip to and from our Cat Resort in comfort.

Operating Days

Our Kitty Kab service currently operates 5 days a week:

  • Mondays
  • Tuesdays
  • Thursdays
  • Fridays &
  • Saturdays

The Kitty Kab operates between the hours of 6 am and 9 am depending on your location.


For information on rates and availability please contact our office.  Rates are quoted and charged per trip (not per cat) and include the GST.

Conditions of Travel

All our guests travelling in our Kitty Kab Service will be transported in their individual secure carry cages. We are happy to use your personal Carry Cages as long as our Kitty Kab driver deems them safe and secure. Cooinda has their own Safe, Secure Carry Cages for transport should you require it.

Pick Up Times

You will receive a SMS the day before picking up with an approximate time.  We recommend that you make direct deposit payment (Account details on your Order) before pick up.

Drop Off Times & Confirmations

If you are using the Kitty Kab for a return trip then please ensure that you call us on arriving home, no matter what the time, and leave us a message confirming you are home to receive your cat/s. All confirmations must be received by 5am the morning the cats are due to depart.

We will endeavour to send you an SMS reminder the day before you are due home.  If you do not confirm then your cat will remain at the resort until we hear from you.  If you have any delays in your return home this means your cat will be safe and sound until you do get home and you won’t need to worry.
